Roto Forms Strategic Alliance to market Angel Ventlock

CHESTER, CT— January 10, 2011 — Roto Frank of America, based in Chester, CT for over 30 years, is proud to announce that Mighton Products Ltd. selected Roto to become their exclusive distributor throughout North America for the Angel Ventlock (AVL). The strategic alliance between the two
companies officially commenced on January 3, 2011. Mighton has a longstanding history of supplying sash window hardware to the fenestration
industry in the UK.

In response to the enactment of Laila's Law in 2008, and the creation of ASTM F2090, Mighton designed and developed, proactively, the AVL as a Child Safety product for hung & sliding windows that limits the opening in order to help prevent accidental injury. The product can be installed "inline" at time of window fabrication, or after market with the retrofit versions. The AVL is available in multiple finishes, both powdercoat and architectural.
