Roto offers a variety of 2-bar and 4-bar hinges for all of your casement and awning needs.

Roto HG05 2 Bar Hinge

    · Features 10" and 13" washability versions and a 10" egress version
    · Suitable for most casement and awning window applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and fiberglass)
    · Available in both 7/16" and 1/2" stack height versions, so there is no need for a spacer
    · High quality materials and manufacturing processes makes this one of the strongest hinge on the market
    · Available in powder-coated steel or stainless steel
    · Quick disconnect feature allows an easy snap connection between the sash and frame
    · With a simple turn of a wrench, the hinge adjusts to compensate for sash sag or window manufacturing variations, up to 3mm (.125")
    · Additional holes in the hinge arms allow for installation into a bow/bay window and the installation of a limiting device
    · Hinge arms are rounded at the edges to resist binding
    · Track/slider overlaps by 2.7 mm (0.106") to prevent disengagement
    · The hinge slider is reinforced with a stainless steel insert for greater rigidity and furnishes a 2mm clearance to eliminate interference with screws
    · The HG05 hinge is AAMA 904 lifecycle compliant at 125 lbs. on the 13" hinge and at 110 lbs. on the 10" version

Roto 4 Bar Hinge
    · Ideal for commercial and residential applications
    · Available in standard lengths of 8", 10", 12", 16" and 22"t o meet most application requirements
    · The 8", 10" & 12" hinges are available in a non-handed design to reduce inventories
    · All are available in corrosion resistant stainless steel
    · Friction and non-friction versions available
    · Friction version includes an adjustment screw to alter friction
    · Pivot design works to avoid interference between the lipped sash and frame, in casement and push-out awning windows
